The real question is, are they gonna get a ticket from the Lovely Rita Meter Maid after she gets through with Vespa Guy? If you’re asleep are you still “loitering?” Do you have to be awake to loiter? I don’t see a sign that says “keep off the green shit” or “no sleeping.”
Recently I have begun to explore a new genre, street photography.
The thrill is palpable in never quite knowing what’s down the alley and around the corner and whether it’s friendly, or not.
I’m learning as I go.  And as long as I don’t stumble over a tripwire or step on a punji stick I hope to post interesting images for your enjoyment.
Nice color and dramatic composition.
Thanks for sharing.

Thanks… I tried it in B.W. but I think it looks better in color.

It is a good foto, but that goes w/o saying.

I put a quarter in the meter for them and hit the snooze button, they should be okay for a catnap. 🙂

Love that you kept the law enforcer in the photo. Love her facial expression too!

Thanks… She and the scooter-guy are aimlessly chatting and the homeless couple are completely invisible (except to my camera). 😦
