If the standing dog had opposable appendages, like a thumb, perhaps he would be trying to hitch a ride in the mobile chair of his doggie friend. He has an intense look of bemusement on his face as he tries to get the attention of the lucky lap rider. Excellent “get” on the street!

He was trying to hitch a ride but the chair-dog’s mamma learned her never to pick up strangers. 🙂
